I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) serving the Vero Beach area since 1992. After suffering a body-surfing injury in my early 20's I started experiencing lumbar spasms along with severe pain. My journey led me to discovering the magic of massage therapy and chiropractic services!

My therapist soon became a close friend and played an important role in my healing. As my father had became ill she began to show me techniques that I could use to help him after his surgery successfully! I soon realized through that experience that I had "the touch" and she strongly encouraged me to attend massage school and pursue this as a career.

So while I enjoyed my weekly massages, I began pursuing my education to become an LMT. I found I gravitated to therapeutic modalities that would address the pain my clients would be experiencing, as I had. For over 30 years now I am proud to share my knowledge of touch to bring about total body wellness. I am trained in a variety of advanced therapeutic modalities and holistic bodywork, specializing in custom sessions.

As life has shown me I am not immune to injury. After suffering an unexpected auto accident in 2019, I am dealing again with a life changing injury to my cervical spine. Despite trying different therapists I have not found a "magic bullet" yet. While I continue my search I have had to scale back the services I offer as "traditional" massage techniques exacerbate my injury.

As you will see, my education far out weighs the services I can now offer but I am confident with the skills I have developed you will not be disappointed.
