Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) incorporates gentle, slow massage techniques to flush toxins and excess fluids that cause inflammation. Although gentle, do not underestimate it's value! When applied, MLD increases the flow TEN times, eliminating toxins faster and speeding up the healing process, while enhancing the body's immune defense. 


MLD is highly recommended prior to flu season to or anytime to boost your immune system such as allergies, acne, sinuses and is a MUST pre/ post surgery.

    We are open Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM until 5:30PM with the exepction of Wednesday where we close at 2:30pm. Puravida Int'l is closed on Saturday and Sunday. We accept appointments as well as walk ins, so come by and let us work our magic on your stress and pain.
